How do I lose stubborn belly fat covering my abs?
I workout mostly everyday, and I have my abs but you can barely see them… how do I get rid of the small amount of belly fat covering it? I open to tips and advice on things like what I should eat and what else might help.. I am thin I don’t wanna get anymore thinner so what can i do?

i have the same problems and i find that by running, it slowly reduces the fat in that region. I have acheived a 4 pack from running and i am going to keep working to try and trim off the remainder of the fat from my belly
I agree to No One. Running is one of the best ways, to loose fat.

Although you may not see it these exercises work your core(abs) like crazy and they aren’t boring like running and are a great total body workout as well.
I hate cardio, i hate running, i suck at it and its booring and time consuming. So these work great for me.

Belly Fat is REALLY Easy to get rid of if you know how to. Firstly you said you workout mostly every day. This isn’t ACTUALLY a great idea, Your body has something called an RMR (resting metabolic rate). This is the rate that determines how long you should be resting in between exercises. If you don’t rest enough your body wont have enough time to turn fat into muscle. This wont have you losing weight but will have you turning the fat INTO muscle.
Also abs crunches and machines are the LEAST effective exercises known. You should try other exercises BUT these
