How do i lose this belly fat? Im 15 and in wrestling. I need to cut the weight.?
I’m 15 and in high school wrestling, i have stubborn belly fat and little to no fat anywhere else i go to practice every day i do sit ups like crazy i don’t drink pop. My diet consists of 2 bananas for breakfast a sandwich and apple for lunch and protein shake for dinner. I need to cut this weight to get into the weight class i should be wrestling in but i just cant. I need advice.
Try to eat properly. You’re not eating anything.
For breakfast, try eating porridge, add some banana if you want to.
For lunch, add meats and vegetables, don’t just eat a fruit. I think you’re starving yourself, which is why your body is holding onto fat.
For dinner, eat less, but some fish, or maybe a little chicken, or whatever your parents make you.(add vegetables)
This is why they don’t encourage younger athletes to diet.(nor do they like weight classes in my country, for younger people) They begin starving themselves, not knowing how to properly diet.
No real athletes starves to lose weight. Protein supplements, see the "supplement" in it? use it as one.
Add it for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. But do not replace your regular food with it.
Not only will you be too tired and weak because of the lack of energy, but your brain will fail at the technical part of Wrestling.

Another important point is that you may have reached your limit already. Your muscles and bones weigh too, so you might be at your genetic limit.(you can still lose fat, though)
drinking 13 oz. of water every morning will help u lose weight (drink it right when u wake up) do crunches and sit ups. do ‘planks’ too. if all u have is a protien shake for dinner that is unhealthly. eat more meat and lift weights. hope this helps =]]
