how do you exercise to get good legs, butt, and a flat stomach?
now i really want to do this
im thinking about switching to drinking only water for a month or two, with plenty of fruits and vegetables. But what exercises would help with my legs, butt, and stomach?

Lunges for legs and a great butt.
Twisting and the ab wheel on the floor for stomach. Ab wheel is hard at first but works wonders.
do rolling crunches on a stability ball. It should burn fat on the oblique? muscles and should be able to perfect you waist
sprints – suicides like in high school
squats – muscle/tone up your bottom and make the arch in your back stronger and more defined
stretch – long and lean muscles like stretching (yoga is good)
Add protein to your water diet and it will help with detox!
jog jog jog jog jog! (or run)
that’s what i hear, from people who went from fat to fit!
but i HATE jogging, i don’t know about you!
