Sometimes you can bust your butt doing cardio and have a perfect diet but still not obtain the flat stomach you want. A large part of it is genetics. But for the most part it’s all about diet and cardio to the max. You can do pilates on the reformer machines to develop the TVA muscles underneath but to lose the fat outside you gotta do high intensity cardio and stick to a lean diet. If you find you still can’t manage to lose it, then it could be genetic. Don’t beat yourself up over it at that point – just accept who you are and develop your character and you’ll be fine.
First of all, my best suggestion is to learn to eat healthy.Do sit ups and joging.watch them excersise videos in the morning. and Lower what you usually eat. When you want something verry bad eat half of it then give the other have to somebody else or throw it away.

i actually became a vegetarian, it forces you to eat healthy foods (read ‘Eating Animals’ {new book})
but if that would be to hard then running, push ups, sit ups, crunches, just try to sweat as much as possible while doing exercises.
If your school has a sports team (and your not on it) then i think joining would force you to work out.

Ab Exercises can actually make you look worse. But abdominal workouts don’t burn belly fat. Never have and never will, even if you do them on the latest fancy ab machine. Jogging, treadmilling, and biking for hours on end is the last thing you should do to lose the belly jiggle.
Traditional fat burning exercise programs typically don’t even mention strength training workouts in their instructions because most trainers and clients don’t understand how strength training will help fat loss. Even if your fat loss program does recommend strength training, it’s likely that you’ve been told to use the ineffective and outdated method of high reps and low weight (which does NOT burn fat!).
I’ve struggled for 3 years to get rid of the stomach fat caused by pregnancy. Those love handles and a stomach hanging over the jeans… depressing!. Then a work collegue told me about a program that he had just completed, and the results were evident with him. In 30 days he had lost over 30lbs, toned up really well, and looked very healthy. I haven’t felt this healthy in almost 3 years and a lot of people have remarked that my appearance has improved…it’s done a lot to improve my morale. My simple advice is, you have to sacrifice and spend just a few bucks to get a personal advice from a reputable trainer. You don’t need to spend a fortune to do it just like i do.
