Eat Healthy And that means no bread no pasta no butter no high fat food no sugar(use pure honey instead)no food with high fructose Syrup
and no food with trans fat.dint eat anything fried
eat vegetables,fruit,brown rice,salads(avoid salad dressing)
Eat White Meat.Chicken,And Fish
Avoid Fast Food Places OR even better yet avio eating out
Then NO NO Soda.No Orange juice from the store(high in sugar)
Drink Water And More Water.

just plain cardio and core exercises paired with low fat foods will get you there
it depends on how diligent you are if you work at it 5x or more a week
you could get a flat tummy in a month or less
