How do you get a flatter lower stomach?
I’m slender and I like my body, but I just hate my stomach. It’s like flat on the upper abs but the lower abs I have this weird poof thing. What exercises can I do to get rid of it? It’s not like it’s huge it’s just there and it bugs me haha!
Haha dude I’m 13, 4’11" and weigh 90.. I don’t need to eat less. I just need to get abs on the lower half of my stomach.
