How do you get a smaller stomach but keep your butt big?
this is a werid question I know but I want to get a falter stomach and was thinking about running like once a day.
would runing help my stomach get flat but keep my butt the way it is?

No, do Pilate’s, sit ups, crunches things like that.
eat more green vegetables, and berries.
You cannot target a specific place to lose weight. If you want a flatter stomach, aerobic exercise (running, jogging etc) is the key along with a proper diet.
You cant lose fat in a particular place you can only lose it all over at once. So all the sit ups in the world wont really help.
You would be better off doing exercises like squats which build muscle in your butt. Then you can lose fat from all over and keep a big butt and get a flat stomach.
