		<description>You cannot target a specific place to lose weight. If you want a flatter stomach, aerobic exercise (running, jogging etc) is the key along with a proper diet.</description>

		<description>You cant lose fat in a particular place you can only lose it all over at once. So all the sit ups in the world wont really help.

You would be better off doing exercises like squats which build muscle in your butt. Then you can lose fat from all over and keep a big butt and get a flat stomach.</description>
