how do you get a super-flat stomach??
how do you get a super flat stomach without trying?
i ALWAYS wanted a really flat stomach and my mom was really stressed latley and she stopped eating, my mom was drinking these things called "insure" that i drink everyday for breakfast. my stomach is kinda big and i am so self consious about it. ive been doing alot of crunches but i dont really get any results,
on a normal day i usually eat:
breakfast: insure
lunch: salad or turkey wrap at school
dinner: subway,fruit or nuts (sometimes out to eat)
but on the weekends i eat so much and i cant control it, on weekdays do you think i over eat?? what should i do to lose weight and get a REALLY flat stomach without going to the gym or too much exersize??

thats not really young!
it is obvious that you are really young but what you are doing is not the right thing. You say you want to get a flat stomach without working too hard well that is not going to happen. What you need to do is watch your portions. You can continue to eat things you like but not as much as you use to watch the size of your servings and also eat healthier snacks there are all kinds off 100 calorie snack pack things out there now that are soo good!! And do some type of exercise everyday you dont have to go to the gym or work out everyday for hours but if this is that serious for you work out a few times a week for about 30 minutes run, walk, or play some type of sport if you are into that and then do your crunches. And keep your head up and also if this is that big of a deal talk to your mom about it and ask for her help

eat low fat foods and do exercise, it always helps although it depend of your weight (the bigger you are, the faster you lose weight) all the help you need is here.
You are not doing it right. Starving yourself is only going to mess up your system. The ONLY way the reach and maintain a healthy weight in the long run is to take good eating habits. I am speaking from experience. I am over 30 and I still have my high school weight. Just eat well, eat healthy. Never force yourself to finish your plate. If you are full, you are full. Your body knows what it needs.
As a family, learn to have one candy/dessert day a week (e.g. Friday–take out and ice cream). Do NOT buy chips every weekend. Drink alcohol moderately (if you are of drinking age).
If you have a little bit of extra weight to lose, start a physical activity that you enjoy in order to burn calories. I always advise swimming since it is low impact, it is relaxing, and it improves your posture. Stand straight, and keep your butt tight: it will actually make your stomach sink in. Doing crunches will make you grow big muscles on your stomach, so it defeats your goal right now.
I am in the same position!(well kinda)i eat just under what i should and excercise lodz of the time but at weekends it all goes wrong
its very hard to get a flat stomach without exercising and without taking time. Trust me i no! Drink lots of water, always go for high fibre options like wholemeal bread etc. I have one day where i pig out which is saturday also instead of getting the bus home i walk with my mates which is like 30mins but we walk so slow. Also what are these insure things because if they are yogurt-like they could lead to bloating. How about wholemeal toast and a banana or a fruit salad/smoothie.
Finally dont get obsessed about your weight just eat healthily and in time results will show if you stick to it!!
Just relax! You sound WAYY too young to be worrying about your weight. I’m sorry, diet (as in eating healthy) and exercise are just about the only HEALTHY way to lose weight. Whatever you do, DO NOT BECOME ANNOREXIC OR BULEMIC!! NO NO NO NO NO!!! At my school, there are a TONN of annorexic girls, and they’re DISGUSTINGLY SKINNY. You don’t want to worry about your weight, worry about your health!!
I’m not an expert or anything, but really I think it comes down to a simple thing: you do enough exercise to burn more calories than you eat, and you lose weight.
Crunches dont do much to flatten your stomache I think… that will give you big muscles in there, but to get rid of any fat you should be doing more cardiovascular type workouts, like jogging or aerobics.
I’m a guy, but about 6 months ago I noticed I was developing a little beer gut and I didnt like it. I bought a rowing machine, started watching what I ate a little bit better (but I did NOT starve myself or diet… just less fatty food), and started rowing for 30-45 minutes a day, and that fixed it.
Pilates helps.
follow RAMDEV JI’S diet schedule &yoga..pranayaam is the best option..just his yogas just for 15 min. daily &tell me ..me too want to reduce my weight
your stomach has nothing to do with your weight if youre not eating fatty foods. sometimes if you lose enough weight it sticks out like that because theres no fat or muscle to even it out and even at that, youre probably the only one that notices. dont kill yourself eat 3 full meals and do at least 50 situps before and after bed.
p.s your real friends love you no matter how you look dont waste your time trying to impress people that dont even know who you are
well, you really need to do some excercise for this.. burn some fats if you have some…

try to have at least 50 sit ups a day..
The reason why you eat so much on the weekends is your starving yourself through the week. Diet and exercise is the key to losing weight. One of the biggest myths is that crunches will turn a flabby stomach into a six pack. WRONG!. Dieting to lose the stomach fat then doing crunches along with other exercises will get you your six pack. Create a calorie deficient diet is the healthiest way to lose weight and keep it off. Eat 5 small meals a day and keep it under 2000 calories. Another thing, Diet for yourself not for what other people think of you. If you do this because you think other people think your fat your not going to stick with it. If you do this for yourself and are VERY dedicated to getting yourself thin for yourself, it will work.
i have the same problem!!! well on the weekends just try to occupy your self with something until you really feel hungry. when you are in school you have things to get your mind off of food, but the weekends you don’t. just try to do an activity to keep you busy until you feel hungry. go to the mall, walk with your family. just do something and you should be able to control your hunger. honey you know the answer to your own question. Dont eat that much on weekends! For once, get disgusted of all the food you are craving and cut it out of your life for good. Start deriving satisfaction from healthy food like rice/noodles/chicken cooked with vegetables etc. etc. Here is a tip…instead of craving for junk food on weekends… start craving for having a lengthy workout session. Believe me even if you dont see results very soon, you will love the feeling you get after working out. Lastly, dont expect any results if you do not want to try. If you wanna be a winner, you got to work for it. If you really want a super flat stomach real bad, you will start trying and if you dont try maybe you dont want that super flat stomach that bad..
PS: I think you may be a binge eater… if you think about "good" food on weekdaays, you just feel like eating junk on weekends. So stop telling yourself that yoou are eating healthy etc. etc. Just eat coz you need to live. Not because you live to eat.

Yeah, it sounds like yuo really need to stop overeating at weekend and start eating a proper dinner on weekdays!
Your diet sounds like your probablly really slender already, but if you want a flat stumoch here are my thoughts.
Try and not eat carbs after 3pm.
Eat things like egg white omlets and a handfull of strawberries for breakfast.
Lunch shouldnt always be sandwhiches because that can get boring and sometime fattening. Try marks and spencers sushi range. tasty and so healthy, Or a big bowl of warm soup with crackers and a small tossed salad
Dinner, try and get some preotein. Grilled chiken/fish with brown rice, or make up a stirfry!
This probablly works out at abou 1200 calories a day, but is actually quite alot of filling and healthy food .
I also do a workout at the gymn burning 500 kal. That only takes about an 1hr.
I also invested in the 6 second abs machine.
I’ve been quite impressed, my stumoch is tighter and flatter.
