you need to do lots of situps. Everyday. Try to do a set amount a day. Im not sure how fit you are so i suggest starting off with 20, then working up in multiples of 10 each day.
Drink as much water as you can ( no more than 2 litres a day tho), eat very healthily, lots of fresh veg and fruit. Skip junk food altogether. No b
Get some rosehip oil, massage it into your tummy twice a day.
If you can afford one, get a treadmill, if not try and sneak an hour a day for some jogging outside. This might be hard if youve got a lil baby to look after.
to loose weight, I found out 1 thing that helps. That is to drink lots of water. Do not drink pop. Even Diet Pepsi and Diet Coke will put the weight on. If you want some, drink Diet Rite. It is like drinking flavored water.
It depends…I suspect you probably have a thicker wall of fat in your abdominal area due to recently being pregnant so you would need to get rid of that fat to begin with because no matter how much weight you lose in general you could still have belly fat. Belly fat can be targeted with diet and exercise. Also any sort of strength training for your core muscles and abdominal muscles would help as well.
