How do you keep a flat tummy?
I have been doing excercises with the bender ball for about a week and my tummy is already looking good. I do the excercises at night, and in the morning my stomatch looks great! But by the end of the day, it looks very bloated and…not great anymore. So how do I keep my tummy looking great 24/7?
Try useing more variation
Because the exersizeds you are doing now could be only working on one bit of your stomach.
Also you need to eat properly that should help, but i always find after eating breakfast, my tummy looks bloated and eww, so it might just be the time your looking at it?
Hi—I have lost a lot of weight over the last year and my stomach is flat, how did i achieve this? I followed a low GI eating plan and now this has become a way of eating for me. I noticed that the tummy was the first area the weight fell off. So if i can offer you any help it would be to follow a very low carbohydrate eating plan, find out how many carbs a day you can consume without your tummy bloating, if this happens, reduce more carbs. Personally I consume 35 carbs a day and these I use up in fruit and greens. I have lost 9 inches on the waist and have no stomach sitting in my lap when i sit down, why not give it a try? it really works. Gook look to you.
