How do you loose stomach fat?
I am 18 and 165 pounds and workout (running/lifting) 3-4 days a week for about a hour and a half each day. Now, im in very good shape but when I was younger I was over weight and I think thats the main reason why I have a tummy. Whats a good way to get rid of this fat but at the same time keep my food intake enough to maintain/gain muscle (I only eat like 2000-2500 cal a day)
you may just have a lot of loose skin.
i think you should do some situps or crunches,
they dont burn fat but tighten abs.
