How do you lose belly fat? For teens.?
So I’m 14, and I’m 5’4", and I’ve started to get a little stomach fat recently.
It looks kind of like a baby bump and that’s not something I wanna go for.
I weigh 116 as of two weeks ago.
What are ways to lose stomach fat/arm fat/and just basically get in shape?
I do crunches and stuff, and push ups, but basically, you gain muscles and they don’t show through the flab.
So how do you get rid of it?

You need to do cardio, cardio and cardio. Running, swimming, biking… all that good stuff.
Eat healthy. That is it. You could exercise.
But did you know sandwiches are healthy? I love them so you can have a good carb intake and not be fat. haha

i’m 17, 5’3 and 110 lbs. i’ve found pilates to work really well for me. also, cutting back on starch such as bread, pastas, etc. helps a lottt ! whatever you try, be sure to stick with it !
There’s no way to loose fat with just exercising. It’s the food. Eating less is not helpful. It’s just eating better, healthier food. That’s the obvious answer…but no other way has worked for me.

and I heard that you shouldn’t eat 1-2hrs before you go to bed because that’s how belly fat is formed. I think
