How do you lose weight easiest in a month?
Im 14, im like 160, im 5’3 and i wanna lose weight. How do i do it with out dieting pills, and INTENSE exercise. Im willing to exercise but not work out.. PLEASE HELPP ASAP! PLEASE I WANNA LOSE WEIGHT NOW!

running on a treadmill can be madddd boring. so, play with ur friends, no homo, like basketball, soccer, football, or watever. go hard and have fun and u will be burning caloires. o yea u cant be a bitch cause u gotta go intense. durr. if not then just keep being lazy and tubby 4 ever . =[
also, dont pig out when eating. make sure you have enough but not to much. eat helathy like grilled chicken and beans or fish and some bread(wheat). dont be eating BK or mikky Ds and shit like that.

im 14 too,i weight 132lbs and lose 12lbs in between of 2 months…
I excersice 20-30 minute 3 times a week,swimming and jogging is a good start =) and do some pilates or yoga for 5-10 minutes every night
I drink apple cider with cold water after every meal
I eat whole grain cereal with low fat milk every morning
salad for lunch
yougart and fruits for dinner
you can eat apple as a snack
apple helps you to burn calories more then its own calories

Cut the carbs! or maybe reduce to the minimum ,, think about this
" if it didn’t taste great then it’s not worth the extra calories"
make Lettuce burritos, Sandwiches. cook with olive oil.. reduce fats as much as possible
and if you’re willing to excersise just go walking for an hour or so/Jogging even better
