Suggest working out together, cooking healthier dinners together, or eating out at healthy places together. It should be
for the both of you.
Hey if you want her to lose weight you should be fit too. I get irked when a tub of lard has these type of expectations but sits on the coach eating twinkies.
If you insist on doing that, approach it from the health standpoint.
Tell her that you want her to be healthier, and arrange to go on walks with her every evening.
Concentrate on being helpful rather than critical. Your approach may make the difference between success and failure.
Try to avoid the use of the word "fat". It’s a deal breaker. There is no way you can successfully use the words fat and sweetheart in the same sentence.
well just tell her…. n you dont have to go…hey look you are getting fat…..just tell her that you think shez put of some weight…you can go together ot work out, swin, run , jog, cycle…..n so on…
also you can tell her this only if you urself have not put on weight…..it will back fire then..
You can’t really get away with that. You could try joining a gym together or making healthier meals; but I wouldn’t suggest coming right out and telling her that she needs to lose weight (unless she is morbidly obese, and then you could suggest that you are worried about her health…but at that point I would assume she would already know that she should lose weight and hearing it from you wouldn’t help).
How would you want her to tell you the same thing? Or how would you want her to tell you that you’re going bald and she prefers the way you looked when you first met?
Ask yourself these questions and do unto her as you would have her do unto you.
um you don’t. you could try suggesting going to the gym together or going for walks. Make it sound like a fun activity that you want to do with her. Or tell her you feel like you need to lose some weight or get into shape and see if she will offer to help and go to the gym with you. trust me girls have enough body issues, and the one person they look to for comfort is people their close to. she would be very mad if you told her she was fat. also try steering her away from junk food by eating it yourself. if she sees you doing it with her she won’t suspect anything. girls can be manipulative, you just have to learn to play the same game
You DONT tell her that, she’ll lose all her self-esteem if her BOYFRIEND tells her. Just suggest doing some fun activity such as basketball, swimming etc.?
make some healthy meals and ask her to go one walks with you.. you dont need to say anything just help her out by walking with her.. then in about a month or so say you want to join a gym and ask if she wants to join with you
She’s still the same person inside. That why you love a person not for what she looks like. If she ballooned up to 500 pound and her life is at risk then say something, but i don’t think that’s the case.
This is what I would like my boyfrined to tell me "Hey babe I feel like I’ve gained some weight… wanna go to the gym with me? That way when Summer comes we’ll both have awesome bodies!" …. I hope this works for you!
Go on long walks with her. Join a gym and tell her it’d be a lot more fun for you if she would come and work out with you, or even just hang out and keep you company. More than likely, it’d be boring for her to just sit around while you work out, so she’d be likely to do some sort of working out of her own to pass the time.
Keep healthy foods around but don’t try to cram them down her throat. Don’t sit there eating double cheese pizza and buffalo wings and try to push some celery over to her.
DO NOT tell her she needs to lose weight. DON’T tell her what to eat. DO NOT sit there while she orders a cheeseburger and say something like " You sure you don’t want the salad?"
Don’t try to drop hints. Guys aren’t good at it like women are.

do you want sex at the end of the day?
Very Very carefully
You don’t. You won’t be telling her anything she doesn’t already know. You’ll only make her feel worse, and she’ll resent you for it.
tell her she’s so disgustingly fat that the thought of even touching her cellulite gives you an innie
Tell her you and her should join a spa and start working out together.

Whtz wrong with both of you being healthy?

Make it about YOU.
Invite her to go with you to exercise, change the kinds of foods you eat with her (don’t show up with a pizza and then critize her for eating some).
Face it, you probably could stand to get more exercise and eat a better diet than you do, too.
How much do you weigh? she can loose that much just by getting rid of you.
Yikes.

Did you fall in love with her because of her figure or what inside of her. How would feel if she told you that you weren’t big enough. (body size)
