How long will it take for me to get a flat stomach?
If I do 1 hour cardio on the bike at fast speed (i burn about 700 cal), my diet is healthy and i do 100 crunches a day how long would it take for my stomach to get flatter?

the thing is u shouldnt do 100 of the same basicc crunches. there are many crunches out there for a different part of ur abs. u should look them up on utube and try to pick maybe 10 and do 10 reps of each, that would still be 100 only better than doing 100 of the same crunches.
and to answer ur question, id say less than 2 months??

you can really feel it working after just 8-12 reps 2-3 times a week!
