How long will it take to get a flat stomach?
I am 5’10, 185 lbs, 17-18 percent body fat…. i eat 1500-1800 calories a day. I do cardio daily 30-45 mins on bike varying intensitys. I lift 5-6 days a week alternating body positions for about 30-45 mins. I lost 30 lbs in the past 2-3 months. My ulitmate goal is to get a six pack by April. Is this possible if i continue at this rate?
It sounds to me like you are very motivated and working hard toward your goal, which is impressive. I am not quite as focused as you are and sometimes don’t find the time to get it all in.
