how many calories should i consume a day to lose weight (when burning 500 calories a day)?
OK I am a 13 year old girl and i weigh 154 pounds. I was starting on a steady diet but then my doctor told me i had way to high cholesterol for my age (190 when it should be 160) will dieting and exercising an hour a day (which is how i burn 500 calories a day)? oh and still answer the top question please lol
lots of cardio
eat the same amount of food but try to limit the amount of sugar, carbs and junk food u eat
1 pound=3500 calories
so if its 1 pound a week that’s 500 calories a day
so that’s ur workout.
if it’s 2 pounds a week
then drop 500 calories from ur diet
try doing ur excersize in the morning before breakfast to boost metabolism
lots of water
fruits
have frequent small meals
sleep
