How many calories should i have a day to lose weight?
im wondering how many calories i should have a day cause im trying to loose weight… im 5 foot 6 inches and i want to lose about 15 pounds and im wondering how many calories i should have to lose that much weight… i will workout if needed to lose weight. please help me and tell me exactly how many calories i should have a day to lose about 15 ponds and what i need to do to lose weight. thanks!!!
Your caloric needs are based on what YOU weigh today.
So to lose fat, multiply your current weight by 10. That is how many calories you need. But more importantly than just "calories" is the CONTENT of those calories. Meaning how you break down the protein/fats/carbs.
Lets say your calories are supposed to be 1500. Well, 1500 calories from carbs alone will make your body look like crap. Whereas 650 from protein/650 from fats/200 from carbs will make your body look great!
