How many crunches do I do everyday to get a flat tummy?
I’m 15.
5’5.weigh about 115.
I’m skinny.but my tummy is starting to stick a little..but it looks really weird when I wear tight clothing..looks like i’m pregnat or something.
so please help me..is there any way to lose it fast..it doesnt have to be crunches but if it is..how many should i do everyday?

It’s utterly impossible to lose weight at one specific location. The idea that crunches or working your ab muscles will make you lose belly fat is one of the most widespread misconceptions out there, and scammers selling ab machines, etc. have helped make it even more popular.
If you want to lose belly fat, you have to reduce calories and do exercise, just like you would if you wanted to lose weight all over.
Working out your abs will just increase the strength/size/tone of muscles beneath the fat and will likely make it "stick out" even more.
i wouldnt just do crunches, i would also do the bicycle and reverse crunches, sit ups, cross overs. the idea is to work all your ab muscles to give you the toned tummy you want. do 3 set of 20 for each exercise less or more if you want then in about a month you will see soem great results
