HOW MUCH CALORIES SHOULD I EAT IF I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT?
I’m a boy, I’m 5,5", I’m 12 and I weigh 111. How much calories should I eat a day if I want to lose the weight in a couple weeks? Also, How much calories should I eat if I want to maintain my weight?
eat whatever you want but make sure you run a lot and swim a lot and never spend time in the house except for studying.

in couple weeks 500… to maintain weight 1,200… this is what my doctor told me i used to be 143 a month ago…i lost 20 lbs in one month by eating only 500 calories and drinking lots of water…so u weigh 111..drink 111 ounces of water a day… now a month later i weigh 125 and i eat 1,200 calories to maintain my weight and i have not gained my old weight back…
how much weight do you want to lose? If you eat to few cals you will stop your metabolism and your body will begin to eat lean muscle, that includes your organs and why its dangerous to starve yourself. At your age it could do irreparable damage. Go to the docs and get yourself weighed and they will advise you. But to me 7 stone or 111 lbs seems very light to me. my daughter is 5 2 and about 120 lbs and a tiny size 8 (UK size) about a size 4 in US sizes i think. you are an inch taller than me and 2 stone lighter!! I dont consider myself fat at all. Go to the docs!
