How much cardio should I do to lose belly fat?
I’m 6′ 1 and weigh 175lbs. I’m slim, but have love handles. But i can see the outline of a six pack… I workout 5 days a wk, and run the treadmill about 15 minutes after each session. But I don’t want to lose too much weight. Thanks for the answers and support.
It doesn’t matter how much cardio-training you go through, are you eating correctly? sleeping right? staying hydrated?
