Hi,
If you want to learn how to lose weight, I suggest doing what this mom did

Combining the Acai Cleanse and Rezveratrol to get the best diet result
Hope this help,
i think you got the wrong section.
It depends on your current weight and your pace.
It takes burning 3500 calories to lose a pound.
If you’re 140lbs, and walk at 4 mph for 1 hour, you’ll burn 327 calories. You’d have to walk A LOT to lose a pound strictly through exercise.
Use a exercise-calorie calculator to get information more tailored for you:

(And, like the other person said, you’re probably in the wrong section)
Estrella, it depends on your weight at your pace. Your austere diet really needs proteins, BTW, and you need at least 1200 calories a day or your body consumes muscle rather than fat to keep going. (I know, that’s so not fair.)
Weight loss depends on the balance between calories taken in and calories used up through exercise. A pound of fat is 3,500 calories. Eat 500 calories a day less, and you lose a pound a week. Eat 500 less per day and exercise enough to burn 500, and you lose two pounds a week.
Calories burned depends on velocity and on the weight moved. (Physics, ugh.) For example, walking or jogging:
3.0 miles/hour (20 min./mile) burns .027 calories per pound per minute
3.5 miles/hour (17 min./mile) burns .033 calories per pound per minute
4.0 miles/hour (15 min./mile) burns .042 calories per pound per minute
4.5 miles/hour (13 min./mile) burns .047 calories per pound per minute
It’s a good idea to do some weight training (weight lifting, resistance training, etc.) to build greater lean muscle mass even if you walk or run, especially on your upper body. A muscle at rest continues to burn calories; fat at rest does not.
Umm….Try maybe walking for about 2 miles everyday to start with and them work your way up to 3 miles then 4.
You’ll see the progression by the 2 week of walking.
And I recommend that you definitely walk, don’t run. Walking is actually better for you than running (believe it or not)
