How much/what should I eat to get a flat stomach but still alot of energy?
I want a flat stomach (i have a little bit of fat) but I also want to be healthy. I eat rice pretty much everyday, how much cooked rice should i eat each meal? & how much/what should I eat for side dishes?
Honestly a flat stomach is more so about exercise. Crunches work really really well. As far as food, 3 moderate balanced meals a day.
