I would say 30 minutes per day 3-4 times per week. You will notice results faster if you test yourself and do it for longer and not too strenuously. If you are too hard on yourself, it will hurt for 4 days and you wont be able to work out until after. Start slowly and gradually increase the frequency. Tae-Bo Ab BootCamp is amazing for this. well… it depends what u have time for..
but i would say u need cardio.. that means running or, eliptical, or treadmill 3 – 4 times a week for 30 mins..
u need full body workouts in the gym for 30 – 40 mins.. doing reps of 10 – 12…. that is 3 times a week
and u need to train your abs everyother day for 10 mins a shot..
u need to also eat a better diet..
cut your calories in half to where they are now.. atleast your carb calroies. and eat more protein
