how slowly do i need to increase my caloric intake and still lose weight?

i need to increase my calorie intake by 200 calories because my intake is too low
i need to be able to continue losing weight while increasing calories
how many calories should i increase each week?
should i do like an extra 50 calories every day of the week one week
or should i do like an extra 50 calories 3 days of the week and then the next week 50 extra calories the whole week and keep on increasing like that?
how am i supposed to do this and still lose weight?
