Before I got pregnant I weight 146, now I weight 155, 5’6, and 27 years old.
You will need to burn the fat that is over the muscle first – crunches will tone the muscle but if there is a layer of fat over the muscle you won’t see it! Sorry to say but if it is just loose skin there is no way at all to get rid of it other than plastic surgery..You cant tighten loose skin, it is stretched out…I hate it I have the same problem but my husband is going to get me a tummy tuck in a few months…Thank God!
