I say do a lot of stretches, like back bending. If you can&#039;t back bend that&#039;s fine, I can&#039;t either xD
But I usually sit on the floor then back bend, yeah I&#039;m a loser ._.
Your legs could probably use the splits. Or more stretches.

		<description>it depends on what kind of food your eating. my advice would be to eat more healthier thing like more fruit, soups and eat more fiber.

		<description>What I do is lay down back flat on the floor. and you lift your legs together as high as you can. Back up and down. You will feel that area of your lower tummy start to burn adter the first 2 or 3 but its goooood stuff.</description>

Other wise you will get sore and be not wanting to work out anymore. work your way up and then get at a pase you like. Like don&#039;t run 5 miles to start, run or walk 1, 1 1.2, or 2. Take it easy. I guess just try to think of yourself as perfect.</description>
