how to get a flat stomach?
ok im 5’5 and 120 pounds. i am trying so hard to get a flat stomach. its not fat its just not flat lol. i been doing 200 sit ups each day for a month now. how long do i have to do that in order to start seeing results. any help .. please.
Don’t eat before you go to bed. Have all your meals done by 8pm if you are going to sleep by 11:00pm. I would say your dinner should be very light and should involve lot of antioxidant fruits.
dooing sit ups everyday wont do much you need to belive in your self and you need to run or jug or do exersize vidios like wieght training or cardio work to slim up sits ups arent nerly enuf and you need to a little of every thing to lose the weight. ask a prfessinal of your parents.

You should be on yer way!
But try adding in a few other reps also
Such as:
Squats
But mix it up by lifting yer leg up each time you come up on the squat. Do this for each leg about 20 reps each 
Its read in almost every health magazine that this is GREAT for the body!
Push ups
Better for yer stomach and legs.
The female version
Jumping jacks:)
Do about 20 of these as warm ups and about 20 after yer work out.
Cobra

This is a common Yoga position!
But its good for stretching the stomach.
Lay on yer stomach with yer hands in front of you and lift your body up. Stretch yer muscles.
