How to get a flat stomach?
okay so im 15, and im 5’5 and i weigh 125, and im muscular, not that muscular but you get the idea. And i have some abs, but not visible yet and i need my stomach to be flat, i need workouts or some advice that’ll get it flat, i have a little bump on my lower stomach where the abs are suppose to be.
dont do crunches..those are so old school and only work out a little of your abs..i recommend regular cardio workouts atleast 2-3 times a week..maybe a mile walk/run..cardio will help keep your small body tight and fit:) good luck..
running/jogging my friend!!heres a trick, lye down on ur back on the floor, then pick ur legs up straight, then pick up ur torso, ur body should be in the shape of a "v"!u should feel a little burn on ur abs. then keep ur arms straight and parallel to the ground. and then keep bouncing ur arm up and down about a few inches..keep ur arm straight, this will make ur abs burn like crazy!!!!!!!!
