How to get a flat stomach?
okay so its not so much that i want six packs i just want a flat stomach. So if i did enough crunches would i lose the fat on my stomach and get a flat tummy? i feel that if i made allot of crunches i would receive abs but they would be covered under a layer of fat. so here is my question, how can i lose that fat on my stomach? or if i work hard and do crunches do i lose that fat? im confused.
oh and i am 17 yrs, 5,6 and weigh 110 so im pretty skinny but have fat on my stomach and im really desperate to loose that.
Thanks so much!
also im just trying to lose weigh around my stomach… since im already pretty skinny and kinda have a history of an eating disorder my doctor would kill me if he saw that im cutting down on fatty foods.
Hi,
You have several hundred muscles in your leg, butt, hip, thigh and lower stomach area. The major problem is, not exercising these muscles correctly will make your trouble spots worse and more pronounced, while risking serious injury. However, the right exercises that use these muscles in harmony with each other can bring definite results without spending unrealistic amounts of time on ineffective exercises and risking long term set-backs. You don’t need access to a gym because this type of approach doesn’t require weights and machines.
You’ll make dramatic improvements in your worst trouble spots and most stubborn problem areas if you do simple, yet carefully structured, bodyweight exercises (no weights & no machines) which combine all three types of muscle movement: Concentric, Eccentric and Isometric. This is a crucial factor for man and women that cannot be addressed with typical weight and machine type exercise programs. The only way to combine these for maximum results and SAFETY is by focusing on bodyweight type exercises. Because its basically impossible to achieve this when using weights and machines.
I am a 5.7 and 25 years old and a month ago I weigh 147lbs although about a year ago I weighed 188lbs. I am not very happy with how I look, although I have slimmed down a lot, but I still look like I’m pregnant. My stomach is flabby, my butt is big and I just feel and look disgusting. I used to run on treadmill for 15-20 mins then do some stretching for 10 min and then workout for 30-40 mins and all this 7 days a week. But I just couldn’t reach my goal. It is enough to make anyone frustrated.
A month ago a friend introduced me a workout program. I was skeptical at first that this would work by itself. Targeted weight loss is quite tough, some would say impossible, but it definitely does produce results. I have lost 20 lbs in four weeks plus 3 inches from my stomach and even my legs are much more slimmer then before. If you are wondering that this program is too good to be true then get your FREE copy of ‘The Leg, Butt, Hip and Thigh Enhancement e-Guide’ at the source below. You will not regret it! And your body will thank you for it.
diet
doing crunches will work your ab muscles but you wont loose the fat. i would continue doing te crunches and also have a low fat diet. also jogging everyday or every other day is the best way to slim up. your body does not loose fat just because you work that one area, it looses it overall.
crunches- belly excersizes. get a personal trainer at ur local gym or something. try not to eat any fattening foods (you can look it up on the internet[google it])
You can’t remove fat in one area. You have to diet and exercise to lose weight everywhere on your body.
No, doing crunches does not lose fat on your stomach. Doing crunches builds the muscle. Just general diet and cardio works well enough because it lowers your body fat. However since you are pretty slim already, you probably just want to get more toned, thus crunches would work.
look up "3 minute abs" on youtube and do the workout as it says daily.
i started feeling 110% flatter in a week in a half : ]
its easy and it works.
The best way to lose abdominal fat is to do NO abdominal exercise. When you do crunches, all you are doing is building your abdominal muscles and not burning belly fat. When those muscles build they are still going to be covered in that belly fat and your stomach will just end up looking bigger. One of the best ways to work that part of the body is cardio, such as riding an exercise bike. When you are doing cardio you want to alternate between sprint speeds and relaxed speeds, because the acceleration helps use up more energy. For example ride a bike at a regular pace for 12 seconds and then sprint for 8 seconds. Also if you do a little bit of strength training it helps because it raises your metabolism for a longer period of time, and simply having muscle on your body burns calories (if you go on a crash diet then the first things to go is your muscles because they do not have nearly enough calories to sustain themselves.)
Since your question requires a very indepth answer, I am going to point you to the necessary references so that you get an indepth and satisfactory answer.
You can only get a flat stomach with a sensible diet and exercise. Do weight resistance exercise to boost your metabolism and burn fat. Do high intensity cardio to burn fat.
