How to get a flat stomach?
I have tried all kinds of things to lose my stomach but nothing really seems to work. I really don’t have time to devote to a good workout because I work two jobs. I have the skinniest legs and arms but I have a big pudgy stomach that I just can’t seem to lose. Can someone please tell me something that will actually work that I will actually have time to do.
You HAVE to do some excersize If anything else, do it while you are on a lunch break. Just 30 minutes in the morning or something. You cannot lose weight without work. Diet pills won’t even work, diets won’t work, nothing will unless you do some sort of physical activity.
A really good workout is the p90x.
You cannot get a beach body laying around or sitting at a desk..

However, the shape of your stomach may be genetic and may only be able to be changed through plastic surgery. It may not matter how much you exercise or what you eat, it just may simply be genetics and the way your body has formed. Surgery may be the only other option.
you need to do some core/ab workouts! Do the plank for a minute, and then do side plank for a minute on each side. The bicycle crunch is perfect as well, do it for maybe one or two minutes. Another is to lay on your back, legs up, and you reach up to your toes, and back down, reach up again, and go on for a minute. Try to find different kinds of ab/core workouts, and it should take only 20 minutes for a good workout.
