how to get a flat stomach?
i have tried absolutely everything. i want to get into a bikini by january, but i have this sagging stomach. it’s all pudgy at the bottom. how do i get rid of it? no diets, please, because i eat healthy already

jog to get rid of belly fat and do situps to get rid of the handles….. thats what i did but im still doing it i have a 4 pack atm

wrap seran wrap around ur stomache and go on the oliptical.
then work out go to the gym, if you don’t want then do some home exercise and engage in body activities
workout. even if its a little a day. u dont need a gym membership or anything. do pushups and situps everyday. go running or for long walks everyday and by january you will see results.
exercise, its not all about eating healthy. i know crunches are the most hated of the exercises but try buying that boflex thingy..idk haha
Do 300 crunches every day for 3 weeks. It will tighten up the muscles that are sagging there. Good luck.
do curls up. thats what im doing now and i think my tummy is getting flat!
Crunches! That is the way to do it. You can do "side obliques" to work different muscle groups, . . . i can list a lot of things but it would be hard explain how to do each of them without showing. You could go on Google or Bing and type up "Hip Hop Abs". That will give you results.
