How to get a flat stomach……?
So I’ve noticed I’m gaining a bit of weight around the stomach area and I wanna make my stomach flat again.
A friend told me I have to do 100 sit ups a day and skip with a skipping rope for 10 minutes straight. Is this true?
What else am I supposed to do?
I’m 16 and I’m a girl if that helps.
sit ups dont burn off stomach fat, they only make the muscles stronger. You need to eat healthier/less calories to lose fat, any kind of fat. You cant target fat loss to specific areas.
Lots of cardio will help too, but diet is still key.
Abdominal exercises will strengthen and improve the rigidity of the core muscles (will prevent some of the "sagging") but nothing will cut fat from just one area of the body. It’s burned evenly throughout the body.
No, The situps will build muscle, & jumping rope with excercise your legs more than your belly, so no. Eat Healthy, go for a jog, Go to the gym, do something active.
