How to get a flat stomach?
Now, I don’t want exactly want to lose weight. I just want a flatter stomach. I have sort of have bad posture that causes me to have a little tiny bit of a gut. But I am skinny, and I’m happy with my weight. I just want a flatter stomach, one the i don’t have to suck in all the time.

I’m no health expert, but I’ll tell you what I’ve heard from personal trainer acquaintances I have. It depends on how much fat you have around your stomach. If there’s a lot, ab workouts alone may not be enough. A balanced diet and cardiovascular exercise will help you to lose the weight. Ab exercises will only define and strengthen the muscles there. If you only have a little fat like you say, then just keep on a daily workout schedule (rotate between ab workout and cardio, do NOT work abs every day), give them a chance to recover in between days.
Try ab exercises, like sit ups or crunches.
Do some ab exercises and walk with your head up when you’re walking.
Jog and bring a bottled water.Jog at least 2 miles.that would help loose your stomach.Dont eat FAST FOOD IT RUINS YOU.just try not to its not good.hope this helps bye
make sure you sit up straight too, it also helps. it may hurt a little at first but dont give up.

Run on a treadmill for 40 minutes a day. Make sure to have enough water!
