How to get a flat stomach and get rid of some fat on your thighs….?
I need to get a flat stomach. Now it’s not THAT big, but it sometimes bothers me. and the fat in my thighs jiggle, that i would like to slim it down a bit.
what are some easy ways to do that??
im only 13 so dont say like a crash diet or constanly excersing, because it’s not gunna cut it! LOL

Hi I would say for a flat stomach do side crunches, bicycle, situps, etc. For your thighs go on the elipticla, or run. hope this helps remeber if your gonna exercise take in lots of protein. hope this helps, email me for more detailed info, cuz this is general. bye
