How to get a flat stomach and skinny legs by two weeks ? Read please !?
So spring break is coming up, and i want to look more flatten, and way smaller thighs ! it’s in two weeks exact, i need some help.
I go to school, and it’s hard to not eat the stuff i want to eat.
But Im going to start bringing salads ;]
I need to know, what are some really good exersises to do at home !

It iosn’t good to obsess about this. The best thing you can do is go running on on the treadmill, or go play a sport you enjoy, ride a bike. Eat healthier though. You CAN find foods that your do like and are healthy. For example, ALMONDS, are like, amazing. They have natural carbs that are good for you, and provide you with a lot of energy. Eat a few handfuls of that before you run, and that will work out well.
You probably won’t look the way you’d like in two weeks, but that’s when you usually start noticing results if you’re keeping with the program! Just be happy with the way you are, and keep at this, by summer, you’ll probably look GREAT!
Two weeks isn’t enough time to make any MAJOR improvements. Sorry to bust your bubble.

Run. It burns fat better than stretching. Try becoming a vegetarian for a little while. meat contains a lot of fats that you can live without.

Look, 2 weeks is simply not enough time. You can start to make some improvements but like the other girl said major changes won’t start to happen for atleast 6 to 8 weeks.
Just get running and push your every limit and boundry. If you want to lose that jelly belly and them thunder thighs then get moving. Try bike-riding, and just get moving. And honestly if you did want it then that food at school wouldn’t be such a temptation. Oh and no soda, you must drink water only.
Fast? Try liposuction.

You can’t lose enough in two weeks. If losing fat was so easy, America wouldn’t have obesity as a problem.
Keep doing what your doing, eat salads, and a MAYBE a few mini chocolate bars, then when you get home run and fool around outside for about 30 minutes, try to do exercises and arobics every morning and before you go to bed. Make a time just for running 10 minutes just for running and don’t stop, and drink energy drinks, eat wheat bread, fruit, vegtebles, anytime you want.
