How to get a FLAT stomach by the end of april?
Ok. so i want to flatten my stomach by the end of april. Im 13 97 pounds 4’11 and i have a bunch of belly fat. and fat in other places, but im concentrating on my tummy now. currently, my tummy is farr from having abs, or even being flat. When i sit down there’s like rolls of fat hanging over my pants, makes me feel icky. Even sometimes when i stand up you can see the rolls of fat. HOW can i get rid of the "love handles" and all the fat around my tummy area , have a flat stomach and no unwanted fat hanging anywhere. How long would it take me to get what i want, my flat stomach and lose all my other fat around the places. I have no equipment whatsoever, so how can i get the exercise i need? What type of exercises can i do around the house (single story), with a jump rope? Also, how much weight would i need to lose to get my "wish". SERIOUS answers only pleasee. i know that sit-ups/crunches won’t work because i’ve tried. maybe around 4-6 weeks or so? thanks.

What can i do to boost my metabolism? and how can i work out INSIDE MY HOUSE. i cant really go out except to walking to school and walking back. this is gonna be hard. and can you give me details about this stuff? like how long, what type, how it will help, etc. thanks.
According to Weight Watchers, 99 lbs is the minimum suggested weight for someone of your height. Your problem seems to be not that you are too heavy, but that you need to do some toning.
Cardio workouts (walking, jogging, dancing, rollerblading, etc) burn calories but since you don’t need to lose any weight you may want to do cardio just for fitness.
Crunches do work, if done properly, but if you have a layer of fat over your belly then you can have fabulous abs but no one will see them until the fat is gone. Also concentrate on holding in your abs all the time. That’ll help strengthen and tone them.
Eat right…cut out junk foods, sodas, sweets, fried foods, etc (or use them as the occasional treat only) and eat primarily lean meats, fruits and veggies, whole grain products, and drink lots of water.
You can also do a search online for ab exercises and see if what you find is helpful to you.

First and Best Way: Excersize!!!!!!!!!!! You need to excersize atleast 1 hour a day and I would say Running/Jogging is the best way to go about it. But personally, I hate that so I do jumping jacks, skip rope, rollerskate, and run up-and-down my stairs. Any type of rigorous, systematic movement can be considered excersize
Second Way: Reduce your intake of highly saturated fats! Stop eating those artery-clogging french fries, chicken wings, etc. It’s okay to eat them once a week but don’t pig out on them. If you normally order a Large Fries, then order Medium one next time.
Third Way: Reduce your intake of Meat Products. That way, you save animals and help benefit your health. It’s true that meat has protein and iron, but you can get iron supplements and protein from vegeterian food. I’m not saying you should have a vegeterian diet from now on (even tho I am a vegeterian); I’m just saying you should reduce your intake of meat. So if you eat meat everyday, cut it down to three days a week.
Fourth Way: Eat your fruits and vegetables. I eat three fruits and three vegetables everyday and I think that has worked for me pretty well (I’m 100 pounds ..n no I’m not anoerexic (did I spell that right?)) Anyways, urge your parents to buy more fruit and veggies and include them in your dinner. Even if you don’t want to eat as many fruits and veggies as I do, you should atleast have two fruits and two veggies in your diet EACH day. There is good vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, water, and other stuff in there that helps you lose weight.
Fifth Way: Water is a natural appetite suppressant, so developing a good water drinking habit can be a long-term aid in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight. Doctor F. Batmanghelidj MD, author of "Your Body’s Many Cries For Water" says most times your “hunger” is your body asking for water – not food. It’s also important to remember that when the body is dehydrated, fat cells get "rubbery" and cannot be easily metabolized. This means that it’s harder to lose when you don’t drink your water.
Sixth Way: Drink lukewarm water with two table spoons of honey daily (easy way out and fast)
Seventh Way: One-Two table spoons of vinegar (also the easy way out and fast)
Anyways, those were a few options that you can try simultaneously (which is what I recommend) or one-by-one. You take care of urself and good luck with that!
To show off your abs, you need to burn off the layer of fat that is covering them. To do this you need to go on a calorie restricted diet and do a lot of exercise including cardio and sit ups. The layer of fat will not go away by simply doing sit ups and crunches.

well, ur still growing as a 13 YO, but crunchs and sit ups may work… and eating 4-6 SMALL SMAALLL meals a day. acheiveing a flat stomach takes time.
Maybe you should just live with that baby fat for a little while and have your mom by you a good girdel or something to hold in that tummy.
i think you should cut off fat products and walk around your neigborhood or jug and i think it would get flat in three months ok
first of all dont worry about the amount of weight you want to loose, you are probably underweight as it is. you should do sit ups every day, start small and work your way up. while you do it twist your upper body so you sork the sides of your waist. you can also do "six inches" where you lay on the ground and lift you legs six inches off the ground, keeping them straight, and hold them there for about thirty seconds at a time.
6 inches is so damn hard im just wandering do situps really work because im 5’7 and 130 pounds i dont think im too fat but that roll of fat when i sit is so damn annoying are situps really the way to get rid of it because i hear they dont work ???
