How to get a flat stomach in a week!?
Hey all well prom is in a week and i already have a decent looking dress…its nothin fancy un4tunatly but its still cute…everything is cool exept for my stomach..it not like ‘BIG’..but it showz on the dress :s sooo i was jus wondring if there was anythin i can do to get rid of it..oh tried dietin n push upz by the way lol

no carbs part from fruits completely but less of the processed stuff..if u cant resist that then only have a little and in the mornin and make sure its brown (wholemeal)…
bare it for a week ,trust me, ull lose all that water retention that the carbs usually bloats u out with within a week and thats usually between 3-6 kilos depending on weither uv cheated a little or not:)
do 50 crunches (or as many as u can) and then ten full in the morning b4 breakfast
try not eat anything at least 4 hours b4 bed and have 2 spoons of honey just b4 bed so that ur liver burns the fat while your asleep.
within a week ull be teeny and sexy again if ur already fine now:)
Anything cardio is the best burner. Eat small portions and not too close to sleeping. The weight loss is gradual.
Don’t eat, drink lots of water only.

Not eating will make you gain weight. Your body will store fat because it thinks it’s starving. Do cardio and other types of workouts that target your belly and eat healthy.
Sorry, not in a week. Can’t burn fat or flatten the muscles in a week. Get a girdle – that’s what they’re for.
For the next time, try crunches or sit-ups. Push-ups don’t flatten your stomach, they help your bust-line and upper arms.
Join an aerobic school immediately. You will be tought professionally.

Well, I am a personal trainer, and slimming down takes time. And if you don’t want to diet or exercise to slim down…well actually there is no REAL other way. I would recomend: only eat vegatables and fruits and do lots of sit ups. For the sit ups, every ten minutes that you are home, lie down on the ground and do sit ups for two minutes. I know it sounds wierd but it really will help. All you need to do is keep at it and remember your goal. So remember tons of sit ups and only vegetables. I hope that this helps you.
The only way you’ll hide it in a week is to camouflage it. Spandex, girdle etc.
Exercise more eat healthy foods, easy to say but difficult to do but the safest and effective way. U don’t have to join expensive fitness clubs. Make a commitment to urself, have more patience. I know the feeling, hope for the sexier you!
i.e. Sit ups in am and pm! Swimming is best for flattening stomach butt lifting and firming(legs, thighs, waist too!)Without tension on your legs and lower back becasue there’s a little gravity on the water!Good luck
