I want to get a flat stomach fast! Im 5’3 and weigh 117 im skinny except for my stomach. Ill do anything to get rid of it do you guys know so exercises esspecially for the tummy and how much times a day should i do it

PELVIC TILTS
Lie on your back with your knees bent. Feet should be planted on the floor, with arms by your sides. Tighten ab muscles, and slowly lift butt off floor. Your upper body will form a diagonal line down from your knees. Hold for a sec. slowly lower back to the floor. DO 15 TO 20 REPS
KNEES AND ELBOWS
Lie on your back with hands clasped behind your head. Lift your knees, head and shoulders off the floor. Crunch up until knees and elbows touch slowly lower yourself, without letting feet or shoulders touch the floor REPEAT 20 TIMES WITHOUT STOPPING
BICYCLES
Lie on your back with hands clasped behind your head and legs extended. Keep abs tight and lift legs about an inch off the floor. Slowly bend your right knee and twist your left elbow across until the two touches slowly straighten right leg and return left side of body down repeat on opposite side. DO 30 ON EACH SIDE.
SCISSORS
Lie on your back with your hand planted on the floor underneath your butt. Lift your head and shoulders slightly off the floor while raising legs straight into air (your body will be in an L shape) split your legs with the right leg going closer to the floor and left leg toward your belly. Exhale and switch legs. DO 20 REPS TOO EASY? DO 20 MORE!
LEG RAISES
Lie on your back with your hands on the floor under your butt leaving head and shoulders on the ground raise both legs up until your body forms an L shape slowly lower both legs down until feet are an inch above the floor slowly raise them back to start REPEATE 15 TO 20 TIMES
SINGLE LEG STRETCH
Lie on your back with your arms and legs straight up in the air tighten abs then lift your head and shoulders slightly off the floor grasp your right leg with both hands slowly lower your left leg until it almost touches the ground raise leg up repeat the move on the other side DO 15 ON EACH SIDE

Try the fat belly diet. And try abdominal exercises on youtube. It worked for me.
Sit ups, crunches get a tape and use it.

Tell me if you find something that works. Usually people say eat 5-6 times but healthy food. Dont eat junk food or soda or ne thing. First you have to lose the fat on your stomach so I would suggest you run and then do situps. Run 5 times a week. Also be consistent!!!! My biggest problem is not being consistent. If you run 5 times a week for about a couple weeks.. I bet you ur stomach will go down. Its not going to disappear in a couple weeks tho. Think about it this way… It didnt take a couple months or weeks to gain that weight on your stomach so it definetly wont take a couple weeks to lose it. But im sure if your really put in effort and work really hard ull get the results you want. Just be consistent! =]

My guess is your trying to tone your lower stomach, which sit-ups dont help much. Try this excercise! its killer hard but you can feel it working!

To get that "V-cut" everyone wants do this exercise and lift your legs up, then to the left and then to the right to work your abs and obliques.
