How to get a flat stomach(6 or 8 packs)?
My upper body is fit. But lower body is fat. I don’t know how’s this possible. Maybe I do push ups a lot but I do less sit ups. People say sit ups don’t work.

Okay there’s really three effective ways to lose fat and build a rock hard midesection, and they work like clock work if you do them together.
1 – Do Interval training instead of long, slow cardio.
Begin your interval training with 2 minutes of brisk walking and 1 minute of running. Do this ten times for thirty minutes total 3 times a week. The following week change the workout to 1 minute of brisk walking and 1 minute of running. Continue week by week adding an additional minute to the running portion of the training. If you can squeeze in 25- 30 minutes, 3 days a week that’s great! Don’t do this type of workouts more than 3 times a week.
2- Strength training
Contrary to popular belief, strength training is an excellent way to burn a significant amount of fat, but the thing is people just don’t know what exercises will recruit fat loss.
Here’s what to do..
Do Multi-Joint exercises instead of single joint isolated exercises. Multi-joint moverments recruit more muscle fibers and burn more calories than single-joint exercises. Box jumps, squats, lunges, and jump roping are just a few really good multi-joint exercises that require a lot of effort to perform and consequently burn a lot of body fat.
3- Eat natural, whole foods
It is important to avoid all processed foods, that means pretty much everything that comes out in a bag or a box. That means to cut out doughnuts, pastries, sugary cereals, bread, pasta, chips, and crackers. Focus on eating plenty of fruits, and vegetables..
