How to get a flat tummy before October??
Going to a wedding in Malta in October and I’ve a bit of a tummy and would like any suggestions of how to get rid off it! What exercises could i do cause not really into dieting cause i’ve a bit of a sweet tooth but i want to be able to wear a bikini!

i think you’ve got to make a sacrifice and cut out the sweets!!!! they are really fattening.
you need not cut out meals, just change the food you eat.
eat a lot of fruit, and decrease the fat intake. replace the fat by carbohydrates and fibre. also eat more fish and white meat, rather than red meat.
for exercise…. you might try swimming, or if not possible, running for, say, 30 minutes a day.
remember to drink a lot of water too!!! about 2 litres a day if possible!
