How to get a flat tummy FAST?

I want my tummy to be flat and muscular
cause it’s all flabby and gross
what kind of workout can make it better in a quick period of time?
how do i achieve this without strict dieting?

you cant just get a flat tummy by doing a ton of ab workouts. you have to do cardio to get rid of excess fat and flab on top of the abs and under the abs(yes you can get fat beneath your muscles). try running/jogging. thr best fat burner is sprint for 1 minute then walk for 2 minutes and repeat. but you also have to be doing ab workouts. not just sit-ups because thats not going to get you very far. you gotta mix it up. do crunches and leg lifts and a lot of others. im sure if you just googlie it, a ton will come up.
aahh every American, lookin for the right here and right now…. there is no fast way. the only way to a healthy body is diet and exercise. we all know what to do, but yet noone does, we look to drugs and miracle ways to get things done. eat better and exercise!
Sit-ups.
Sit ups is a good way, and this will make the muscles in your stomach all toned…Have a look on the internet for other excercises for stomachs, crunches should work.
Then take up jogging, or some kind of excercise like that because this gets rid of the weight. I read this method in a magazine, and it was stressing that this was a very good way.
Plus try to eat healthier.
