How to get a flat tummy? I do crunches and situps and 30 minutes cardio. What else?
I don’t want a 6 pack, just a flat stomach. I am at a healthy weight and do cardio 30 minutes everyday as well as situps and crunches 5 times a week. What else can I do to get a flat tummy?
dont forget your obliques (sides of your abs) you can do bicycle kicks, side crunches, and other exercises that work the sides of your abs. try and do some lower ab work too. like hanging knee raises. if you dont have any equipment, just find a branch or something outside to hang from and lift your knees up to your chest.
Crunches are completely useless so you may as well ditch them right now. There are literally over 100 different ab exercises. You have a set of upper, middle, lower, and side (oblique) abs to work.
I would also like to know your diet, and what your cardio consists of.
Run/jog 30 mins a day!
