How to get a flat tummy quickly without going to gym?
IMy tummy is buldging out little day by day. I am drinking lots of water but still no use. Can anyone tell me a good remedy for reducing the tummy within less number of days? I can’t go to gym because of my tight time schedule. So please I would like a home remedy. Thanks in advance.
although drinking alot of water is soo good for weight loss, dont overdo it.
the increase in your stomach size could be due to water retention and not actual fat.
cut down on salts to reduce this.
make a routine, like twenty scrunches every morning or something. and try to keep active all day long. this little will go along way.
unfortunately there is NO simple, effort free way to do this. what you get out it will inevitably reflect what you put into it.
anyway, you’ll feel much prouder of it, when you get it, if you’ve had to work hard for it.
There is no home remedy.

Eliminate sugars from your daily diet. Wheat bread or noodles is best. Eliminate carbonated soda – even diet ones. They cause one to retain water. Do crunches……….and walk more often – park in the furthest spot in a parking lot and walk. Drink water……etc.
