How to get a flat tummy?
My tummy has a little pudge to it.I’m not fat or anything like that, its just a little pudge.And I want it to be completely flat for bikini season.Heh heh….*ahem* anyway, so what sorts of things can I do to make it toned up (flat)?

Haha! I have the same problem. I’m not fat either but that little pudge is there. What I’ve been doing to try to get rid of it is just doing lots of crunches and using one of those Ab Lounger chairs. It’s help me out so much. Also, if you drink a lot of soda and eat a lot of sweets like snack cakes and such, ease off of them. Try eating Special K bars or something like that. Hope this helps! =]
Try doing crunches ^^
*Cut out your sugar intake.
*Drink lots of water (I prefer cold water because it will help you burn more fat)
*Eat right (Fruits and Vegetables)
*Excercise (at least 2 or 3 times a week)
*Get enough hours sleep
*Always think positive
Exercise 3 times a week, Do some running, do abdominal
exercises!
i just do sit ups and pull ups you know …………im naturally thin so it really doesnt matter i like to look tone though so i just do that
crunches do a lot to those tummy muscles and do some trunk twists to even it out.
You need to run and do sit ups. that’s all, then you will look sexier
