pack  and  muscles.  Dumbbells  do  wonders.  Much  better  than these
crunches  -  I  came  up to three hundreds and there was no results AT

Crunches and sit ups will work mainly on the muscles of your abdomen; it takes time but as with any exercise, there are no quick fixes. Work hard, be patient.
Star jumps are also good, and jogging holding weights works your entire upper body.
Remember that to have a healthy stomach you need a strong back, so look after that as well !</description>
