How to get skinnier arms,a flat tummy,and skinnier thighs ang legs?

Hey i think im fat and i need some excercises to make my arms less flabby,get a flat tummy,and skinnier thighs and legs. I know running and walking will help but is there any excercises like crunches or push ups etc? I dnt want pills or any diet meals or plans thx. Pls help best answer gets 10 points!
