How to get skinnier arms,a flat tummy,and skinnier thighs ang legs?
Hey i think im fat and i need some excercises to make my arms less flabby,get a flat tummy,and skinnier thighs and legs. I know running and walking will help but is there any excercises like crunches or push ups etc? I dnt want pills or any diet meals or plans thx. Pls help best answer gets 10 points!

Keep you BMI low by exercising a lot. Thin thighs are hard to get – most people are born with theirs. The only other option is to become so unnaturally skinny that your body is so desperate for nutrition, it sucks fat from other areas, putting you at a health risk. In other words, become anorexic. ok, just exersise 20 min everyday and instead of drinking juice or soda drink water ONLY water and don’t eat sweet stuff. and for the exersise i cant tell u a specific exersise b/c everyones body is different and some exersises make u muscular which u probably don’t want but just jump on ur bed for like 20 mins everyday lol it will help and don’t drink water in the middle of an exersise it give u cramps. hope i helped. *peace*
