How to get skinny legs?
What excercises and food should I do/eat to get skinny legs and a flat stomach? It is winter and is cold outside and I can only go to YMCA 1-3 times a week, so excercises i can do at my house and what machines to go on at the Y?
Just about any kind of running sort of activity will condition your legs. Elliptical machines are nice and have much less impact. If you are under 30, you could consider jumping rope.
