How to go from a flat stomach, to some nice abs in 3-4 monthes before bikini season?
What should I do to get a nice firm and toned stomach and abdominal muscles before its beach weather and time to wear a bikini again?
I need specific exercises to follow or anything that will help.
Please do not suggest diet pills or any of that.
Can anyone help?
Also, school softball starts in about a month so that’ll help.
If you have body fat hiding your abs you will need to eat so that you can lose that. My favorite exercise to tone the abdominal muscles is a crunch done while sitting on an exercise ball.
Depending on your level of fitness you can do them with your behind at the very top and your head at floor level (this is the most difficult). To make it easier you roll your behind forward on the ball to whatever position you can perform a full crunch.
When you do crunches on the floor you are only doing half the exercise and cheating yourself out of increased flexibility.
